At Cannes Luxury Villa we are dedicated in making every possible effort in the preparation and follow up of your rental in Cannes. From the time of simply booking your rental in Cannes you have 5 members of our team at your service in order to manage all requests in a timely and best possible manner.

Reservations Manager: She is in charge of providing all the necessary information for the follow-up of your booking and all the accounting issues you may have.
She also takes care of booking your transportation requests, and any other services which are required during your rental.

Property Manager: He will welcome you at the property on your arrival. He will take care of the quick check-in procedure and explains the functioning of the general equipment in the property. The property manager will also provide you with useful details about the location of your rented property such as the nearest supermarket, the best bakery in town, or the restaurant to try-out. The property manager will also meet you on departure in order to proceed with check-out and key recuperation.

Butler: On an on-call basis during office hours, she takes care of assisting you for any technical problems such as a water leak, a burnt-out light bulb, or just help in configuring the WIFI internet access present in the rented apartment. She can also take care of any house-old requests or “conciergerie” inquiries you may have.

In house maintenance and cleaning manager: Takes care of all general cleaning, extra linen and towel requests, ironing and dry cleaning delivery.

DMC and Concierge: This department takes care in organizing any special requirements you may have: The possibilities include booking the best table in the region, providing a professional internet access with very high speed sending capacities, organizing premiers parties and large events, organizing a day cruise on one of the most exclusive yachts in the region, and why not simply book a tee time on one of the best golf courses of the Riviera.

Our services includes the following:

 • Full fridge on arrival; Just send us a list of the requested groceries and dry food, and we will make sure this is in the property when you arrive.

 • Daily prepared breakfast service: Continental or American for minimum 5 guests.

 • Day cruises and yacht charter
 • Car rental services, with or without driver. We have access from classic to the most exclusive supercars.

 • Professional nanny / baby sitter (48 hour booking notice required).
 • Any “conciergerie” services such as restaurant booking or hairdresser.
 • Access to SPA in Cannes.
 • Access to fitness center in Cannes with a private coach.
